Description:	The bench mark is a disk crimped to the top of a stainless steel rod and encased in a 4 inch PVC pipe with concrete kickblock. The bench mark is located approximately 899 ft SSW of the Port Mansfield water tower, 159 ft NE of the centerline of the entrance to the Port Mansfield Marina and public boat ramp, 79.1 ft SE of the centerline of Port Mansfield Road, and 7 ft NW of a permanent GPS station mounted atop a 15 foot tower with solar panels. Side of disk appears to be bent down slightly.
